The short version

Where do you actually go?
Straight answer: FKD's base is Unit 33, 2 Bishop Street, St Peters NSW 2044, but that's where the paperwork lives, not where the work happens. Matt and Jayden get in the car and come to your site and your office. Penrith to Cronulla, Castle Hill to the Shire: if your business runs somewhere in Sydney metro, we drive to it.
That covers the run out west through Penrith and Parramatta, Castle Hill and the wider Hills District, Cronulla and the Sutherland Shire, and everything routine in between. If your patch sits on the edges of that, say so on the call. Matt will tell you straight whether it works.
Why does the audit happen on your floor, not on a video call?
Because the time and money you're losing live in the gaps between your systems, not on a screen. Matt walks your site and sits in your office for half a day, watches how a call actually gets answered, how a quote actually gets built, how a job actually gets closed out. Common questions
Do you charge extra for travel around Sydney? +
No. Metro travel is already built into the price, whether you're at Penrith, Castle Hill or Cronulla. The audit, the build and the monthly subscription all include us turning up in person, no travel surcharge added on top.
Do you work outside Sydney metro? +
Sydney metro comes first, that's genuinely where we can turn up in person and do the work properly. If you're just outside it, say the Central Coast or Wollongong, tell Matt on the call and he'll be straight with you about whether it's workable, case by case.
Is the audit really done on my site, or is it a video call? +
It's on your site. Matt spends half a day walking your floor and sitting in your office, watching how calls, quotes and jobs actually move through your business. A video call shows a demo. Walking your floor shows us where the money's actually leaking.
Do I need to come to your St Peters office? +
No. St Peters is where the paperwork lives, not a shopfront you need to visit. We drive to you, your site and your office, wherever in Sydney metro that is.
