FKD Group is a registered business name of Tuyo Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 18 697 376 766) (“FKD”, “we”, “us”, “our”), which provides human-led AI advisory and implementation services to construction businesses in Sydney. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill in the callback form on this site, we collect the details you give us:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your suburb (optional)
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- A short note about where you’re losing time (optional)
Our website host also records standard technical information for security and reliability, things like your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We don’t currently run advertising or analytics trackers; if we add analytics (for example to understand which pages help people), we’ll update this policy and disclose it here first.
Why we collect it
We use the details you submit for one purpose: to call you back and have a short conversation about whether we can help. If you become a client, we’ll use your contact details to deliver the work we’ve agreed and to stay in touch about it. We don’t add you to a marketing list and we don’t sell your information to anyone, ever.
How we store and protect it
Your submission is delivered to us through our website (hosted on Cloudflare) and a notification service that emails or messages the enquiry to the founders. We keep it only as long as we need it to respond to you or to provide services you’ve asked for, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the business, for example our website host and the tool that delivers your enquiry to us. These providers act on our instructions and only handle what they need to. Some of them may store data outside Australia (for example, in the United States); where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs. We do not share your details for anyone else’s marketing.
Automated decisions
This website doesn’t make automated decisions about you. A real person reads your enquiry and calls you back. Our services involve setting up AI tools inside a client’s own business; where that happens, it’s covered by a separate services agreement with that client, not by this website policy.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@fkdgroup.com.au and we’ll sort it out. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, you can raise it with us first, and you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top tells you when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we’ll make that clear.
